Positive habits and behaviors lead to more successful and fulfilled lives. Lazy and destructive behaviors often result in people falling short of living their most fulfilling lives or achieving their dreams.

Here’s how you too can create positive habits whether it’s eating healthier, getting up an hour earlier or exercising daily: Simply commit to the desired goal or activity for 26 days. To maximize your success and achieve consistency, try to do this at the same time every day.

You are creating a new discipline. It only takes 26 days for a behavior to become embedded in your subconscious in order to create a habit. Once the 26 days are over, this new behavior becomes your default.

What is something you have wanted to change or incorporate in your life?

Go ahead, give it a try. Commit to this new routine for the next 26 days and see how you do. Notice what improves. Notice where you can make adjustments to ensure the desired outcome.

At the very least, you will set and accomplish a goal and that is always a confidence booster for the next time!
